Tier 1: This service is $25/month, paid on an annual basis ($300 due at signing). Members MAY NOT use the LOOM address for Google Business registration with this tier of membership. The following are existing services remaining for previous as well as new Tier 1 Virtual members:
- A professional business address (with individual suite #) to use on business cards, websites and other materials.
- Mail collection and filing in the appropriate folder per member.
- Discounts on second business or DBA membership.
- Notification of packages, time sensitive mail or courier items upon delivery.
Tier 2: This service is $55/month, paid on an annual basis ($660 due at signing). Includes all Tier 1 services as well as the following:
- Use of our business address (with your individual suite number), as marketing collateral, including search engine optimization services and Google Business listing.
- Two coworking day passes per month which can be used by you or any staff member. These passes can be traded in for hourly pre-reserved meeting room use. This is a $40-50 value.
- New or existing monthly coworking members receive a free upgrade to Tier 2 (Google Business Registration only), as long as they maintain their coworking membership. If membership is discontinued, a prorated monthly charge will be applied for the difference (up to $360).
Certified agent services:
Fee = $20/month
This service can be added to any tier of membership or can be utilized independently.
Ala Carte services can be utilized (as needed), by any tier of Virtual membership (*additional but reduced fee)
- Access to member business communication network which includes member event postings, information, and more
- After-hours access to mail pickup*
- Additional access to meeting rooms and coworking spaces*
- Digital mail (scanning and emailing of mail) as well as printing and scanning on-site at member rate*
- On site notary services (no charge for coworking and members unless extensive documents needing witnesses, etc.)
- Outgoing mail services* (free USPS boxes, metered mail, etc.)
